Mechanical Service Technician (m/f/d)

We are a leading company in the field of automated palletizing systems and are looking for a dedicated Mechanical Service Technician (m/f/d) for our field service team. You will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of the electrical components of our systems at customer sites across the USA, particularly in the food, pet food, and personal care (FMCG) industries.
Your tasks:
- Mechanical Installation of conveying systems, palletizing machines and other automated components
- Performing maintenance and repair service on-site
- Providing technical support and training to customers
- Documenting completed work and preparing reports
- Collaborating and planning with the engineering and sales teams
Your skills:
- Completed training in mechanical engineering, mechatronics, or a comparable qualification
- Several years of experience in machine installation and maintenance
- Willingness to travel within the US
- Strong communication skills and customer orientated work ethic
